NJC Hire is a 100% locally owned and operated construction equipment hire business looking for our next rock star Equipment/Yard-person to join our tight knit family at our Kumeu branch.
The job requires assisting our equipment team with servicing, cleaning and generally staying on top of our equipment maintenance, lifting and moving of equipment in a safe manner plus having a strong customer focused approach both in person and on the phone ensuring our valued customers are well looked after.
The successful person needs to be reliable, bring an enthusiastic attitude, have a friendly customer focused approach, be proactive, hardworking and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Experience in the industry or working with machinery would be beneficial but not a must as training will be given to the successful applicant.
We are offering a Full Time role for the right person.
Hours and wages can be negotiated depending on circumstances and experience for the right applicant. Some Saturday work (1/2 day) will be required at times as part of our roster schedule.
A clean drivers licence is required to help with occasional deliveries in our company vehicles.
